ET has obtained exclusive photos of Lindsay Lohan taken from actual surveillance camera footage at the California jewelry store where she allegedly stole a $2,500 necklace.

The Hollywood star is clearly visible in the photos, which show her shopping around the store and trying on jewelry pieces.

Lohan was charged earlier this month with one count of felony grand theft in connection with the alleged theft. Lohan and her lawyer have maintained the actress is innocent.

The day after Lohan was charged in court, she spoke out on her Twitter page, saying: ” fyi- i would never steal, in case people are wondering. I was not raised to lie, cheat, or steal.”

The movie star pleaded not guilty to the felony grand theft charge, but Judge Keith Schwartz let Lohan know point blank that if she accepts a plea deal she would be serving jail time.

Keep checking ET Online for more updates on this breaking story, and tune in to ET Monday night to see the exclusive surveillance video footage.

MUMBAI (Reuters) – A fire in a Mumbai slum destroyed the one-room shack of “Slumdog Millionaire” child actress Rubina Ali, leaving her family homeless, Ali said.

The fire also swept through hundreds of tenements late on Friday near railway tracks where Ali continued to live even after gaining global recognition. Nobody was hurt in the fire.

Ali, who shot to international fame for her role in Danny Boyle’s Oscar winning 2008 film “Slumdog Millionaire,” said she lost most of her belongings including precious photographs taken during her trip to Los Angeles for the Oscar ceremony.

“We only have a few clothes left, we tried hard to salvage whatever we could before the fire spread. My pictures at the Oscars, all my memories, are all gone,” Ali said as the rest of the family huddled under one blanket.

Wisps of smoke rose from the slum as Ali and her family rummaged through the ashes, trying to salvage their possessions.

Ali was 8-years-old when she played the role of the young Latika in Boyle’s Oscar winning film, and her journey from the slum to the Oscar stage made international headlines.

Boyle had promised that he would provide both her and her co-star Azharuddin houses in Mumbai.

While Azharuddin moved into his new house in July 2009, Ali is due to move into an apartment within the next couple of months in Bandra, one of Mumbai’s most expensive suburbs, and home many Bollywood stars.

“We have found a flat for them and they will move in in the next couple of months,” Neerja Mattoo, a member of the “Jai Ho” trust, set up to look after the children’s education and other needs said.

Sean Penn spoke up late Friday regarding Charlie Sheen‘s statement that he plans to visit Haiti next week alongside the former “Milk” star.

“I think his energies, intelligence and passion could be both of service and servicing to him, as it is to all who are touched by the struggle of the Haitian people,” Sean said of Charlie in a statement issued toAccess by his rep on Friday. “Charlie is one of the very few public people who cannot be accused of using the media to his own benefit.

“I would very much like to show my old friend the world of needs on the ground in Haiti, and introduce him and his tremendous wit to our hard working Haitian staff,” the statement continued. “If he chooses to give support, I’ll trust it.”

As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, Charlie announced that he plans to travel to Haiti next week with friend and fellow actor, Sean Penn, in a phone interview with Access Hollywood Live’s Billy Bush and Kit Hoover on Friday.

“We’re going to do a couple things first and then it looks like we’re heading down [to Haiti],” Charlie told Billy and Kit of his plans to visit the earthquake-ravaged nation with the Oscar winning actor. “And I’m excited as hell because, you know, if I can bring the attention of the world down there, then clearly this tsunami keeps cresting.”

Sean Penn founded the J/P Haitian Relief Organization immediately following the January 2010 earthquake in Haiti and frequently visits the struggling country to continue his charity work. Sean previously weighed in regarding the Sheen saga in an interview for the April issue of GQ, offering his support for the embattled actor.

“When you divorce the moral judgments, which I prefer to do, I see a guy who has a clearer view of the nature of the world around him than is sometimes comfortable to have,” Sean reportedly told the mag of Charlie’s recent behavior. “Those are the sort of people who have a tendency to find altered states.

“But [Charlie] is a very ironic character,” Sean continued. “He’s got pretension in the crosshairs of his wit. I think to a large degree he’s saying, ‘Guys, we’re only going to be here once, so lighten the f*** up.'”
